WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Warehouse Customer Service Associate for Total Tool, you will provide exceptional internal and external customer service while managing will call, supporting warehouse operations, and serving as a back up delivery driver to bring product to other Total Tool branches. This position has potential to evolve into a Customer Service Representative in the future. The Warehouse Customer Service Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Will Call orders, phone calls, and emails.
  • Keep accurate delivery records.
  • Assist internal and external customers through in-store interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Support the warehouse area when not driving (receiving, shipping, putting product away, and general warehouse duties). 
  • Maintain a close positive working relationship and open communications with all departments.
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and maintain a clean and safe delivery fleet.
  • Back up driver - deliver and pickup products from the Distribution Center to the Store Front in the morning. Drive company DOT vehicle safely and effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
  • Must be over 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain a DOT card
