WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Customer Service Representative for our Crane and Hoist division, you will develop strong relationships with customers, support Sales Representatives, and focus on invoicing, receiving payments, and ordering parts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Learn about and become part of the industrial Crane and Hoist industry
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external customers
- Process invoices for Crane and Hoist division inspections, services, and installations
- Receive payments for subcontractor and vendor invoices
- Assist with writing and following up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
- Provide support to Outside Sales team
- Perform other duties as assigned
PAY RANGE:
$23-$26 per hour, based on experience.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
- Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
- Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting are also required.
