WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative at Total Tool, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit through the sale of tools, consumables, rental equipment, rigging, and tool repair. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- After a successful training period of up to one year working out of our Denver, CO store location – you will be well trained and equipped to hit the ground running to serve our customers in your assigned territory.
- Serve existing customers with a given book of business and develop new customer relationships throughout the industrial supply industry.
- Improve profitability through development with lines of business including rental, rigging, and repair.
- Effectively and professionally communicate customers’ needs and expectations to our Total Tool internal teams to ensure we exceed the customers’ goals and expectations.
- Build relationships with vendors and their local representatives to leverage our market position with our customers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery and invoicing of all goods and services.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Minimum of one-year prior experience in sales - selling to professional contractors is a +PLUS
- Interest in learning about the construction and industrial supply industry
- Highly motivated and eager to grow

- Must be over 21 with a valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
- Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise. Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.

Pay Range:
$60,000-$80,000+ per year commission draw (total compensation earning potential over $100k+)
