WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Customer Service Representative for our Crane and Hoist division, you will develop strong relationships with customers, support Sales Representatives, and focus on invoicing, receiving payments, and ordering parts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Learn and be a part of the industrial Crane and Hoist industry
Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external customers
Invoice for Crane and Hoist division inspections, service, and installations
Receive payment for subcontractor and vendor invoices
Assist in writing and following up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
Provide support to Outside Sales team
Other duties as assigned

Previous experience with Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.
