WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Rigging Fabricator for Total Tool, you will be responsible for the following areas: quality assembly and accurate testing of wire rope and chain sling rigging products. Total Tool is not new to the rigging world. With rigging shops in two other locations, our rigging manufacturing is something that makes Total Tool a go-to distributor among our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receive training on rigging fabrication methods and industry standards
- Build and inspect all wire rope and chain slings to meet both industry and Total Tool standards
- Review and complete all work orders for correct components, paperwork, and lot number
- Conduct rigging batch testing monthly
- Communicates effectively and professionally to both internal and external customers
- Maintain all equipment and conduct weekly inspection
- Check inventory for quantity accuracy and the quality of materials

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of times
- Lift 50 lbs. on a daily basis
