Customer Service - Crane & Hoist Service Coordinator

Total Tool Supply, Inc. is a 40-year-old rapidly growing company serving the construction supply industry with 12 branch locations across 8 states. Our Crane and Hoist division is searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position will be helping coordinate service and inspection for our customers. This position is responsible for provide excellent customer service by using knowledge of the company's products and programs.

The position:

  • Help identify customer's needs and provide them with knowledgeable assistance to ensure they select the correct service that they will need
  • Write up quotes for service, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders and returns
  • Schedule & Coordinate service inspections, installations of the crane & hoist system
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective product knowledge of our key vendors
  • Assist customers over the phone to ensure that they service needs are taken care of
  • Maintain inventory count of key items for service to be completed

The Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment and respect your co-workers
  • Possess an attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of times
