WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Store Lead, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, employee development, inventory accuracy, and efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead daily branch operations and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members
- Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and sales partners to deliver exceptional service
- Manage workflow priorities to ensure timely receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in company systems
- Resolve customer, vendor, warranty, and receiving issues while ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain branch appearance, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete and oversee operational inspections, checklists, training requirements, and facility maintenance activities
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
PAY RANGE:
$25-$30 per hour, based on experience
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Previous leadership experience with proven supervisory skills is required
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, or branch operations preferred
- Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Self-motivated with a commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
